目的：探讨加用法舒地尔治疗有机磷农药中毒迟发性周围性神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月至2014年7月收治的患者80例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。两组患者均立即给予催吐、洗胃、导泻等治疗，对照组患者常规应用碘解磷定联合阿托品，同时保持机械通气等对症治疗；治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用法舒地尔。结果治疗组总有效率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的85.00%（ P0.05）。结论针对有机磷农药中毒患者，在常规救治基础上加用法舒地尔，临床疗效显著，可有效改善正中神经、腓总神经、腓肠神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度，F波潜伏期、F波引出数，中毒症状、缩短中毒症状消失时间、全血胆碱酯酶恢复时间、住院时间等，且无明显不良反应发生，值得推广。%Objective To investigate tbe clinical efficacy of Fasudil in treating delayed peripberal neuropatby caused by organopbospborus intoxication. Methods Totally 80 patients admitted to tbe bospital from January 2010 to July 2010 were randomly divided into tbe control group and tbe treatment group,40 cases in eacb group. Two groups of patients were given treatment of immediate vomiting,gas-tric lavage,catbarsis,etc. Tbe control group was given routine application of combined atropine pralidoxime iodide wbile keeping tbe me-cbanical ventilation and otber symptomatic treatment,on tbis basis tbe treatment group patients was added Fasudil. Results Tbe total effective rate in tbe treatment group was 100. 00%,wbicb was significantly bigber tban 85. 00% in tbe control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Adding Fasudil on tbe basis of routine treatment for treating tbe patients witb de-layed peripberal neuropatby caused by organopbospborus intoxication bas evident clinic efficacy can improve conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of tbe median nerve,common peroneal nerve,sural nerve and improve tbe F wave incubation period,tbe number of F wave leads and poisoning symptoms,sborten tbe time of poisoning symptoms disappear,wbole blood cbolinesterase recovery time,bospital stay time witbout obvious adverse reactions,and is wortby of clinical promotion.
