清肝利胆口服液薄层色谱鉴别方法改进

摘要

Objective To improve the TLC identification method of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in the quality standard of Qinganli-dan Oral Liquid. Methods The chlorogenic acid and geniposide in the qinganlidan Oral Liquid were identificed by TLC. Results The TLC spots were distinct,more reproducible and adaptable after improvement. Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and adaptable,which is worthy of promotion.%目的：对清肝利胆口服液质量标准中绿原酸、栀子苷薄层色谱鉴别法进行改进。方法采用薄层色谱法对清肝利胆口服液中绿原酸、栀子苷进行鉴别。结果改进后薄层色谱斑点清晰，重复性和适应性均好。结论改进后的方法操作更简便，重复性和适应性更好，值得推广。
