医院门诊药房自动化改造实践经验总结

摘要

Objective To provide beneficial reference for the automation construction of outpatient pharmacy. Methods Fishbone analysis combined with PDCA cycle management method was used and the problems during the automation construction of outpatient pharmacy in the hospital were analyzed to find out the method for continuous improvement. Results and Conclusion Automation construction of outpatient pharmacy needs the cooperation of pharmacy stuff,collaboration of related hospital departments and coordination and under-standing of patients. Automatic pharmacy requires establishing and optimizing the system and process for better use of the advantages of automatic drug dispensing system. Pharmacy staff should adapt to the new process and continually improve their own professional level in order to improve the pharmaceutical service.%目的：为国内门诊药房自动化改造提供参考。方法运用鱼骨图及PDCA循环质量管理方法，分析医院门诊药房自动化改造及系统运行1年来遇到的问题及其原因，提出解决措施并进行持续改进。结果与结论门诊药房自动化改造需要药房全体人员的群策群力、医院相关部门的协作和患者的配合与谅解；改造后的自动化药房需要建立和不断优化相应的制度和流程，以更好地发挥自动化发药系统的优势；新时期的药房工作人员需要适应新的流程，不断提高自身业务水平，才能转变药学服务模式，更好地为患者服务。
