复方蜂胶胶囊中非法添加格列波脲的分离与鉴定

摘要

目的：分离和鉴定复方蜂胶胶囊中非法添加的格列波脲。方法采用半制备液相色谱法分离该化合物，并用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果从复方蜂胶胶囊中分离纯化得到的化合物，经核磁共振（NMR）验证了其结构。结论复方蜂胶胶囊中非法添加组分为格列波脲。%Objective To separate and identify the structure of the glibornuride as an illegal adulterant in a health product Compound Propolis capsules. Methods A pectroscopic method was used to isolate and a NMR method was used to identify the structure of gli-bornuride. Results The chemical structure of the compound isolated from the capsule was identified by NMR. Conclusion The com-pound is glibornuride,which is illegally added in Compound Propolis Capsules.
