Objective To study the effect of hemabate combined with nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and patients' life quality in treating postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia from January 2014 to Octorber 2015 were divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (nursing intervention) according to the random number method, 40 patients in each group. The amount of bleeding after 2 h and 24 h, nursing efficacy and patients' life quality in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of bleeding after 2 h and 24 h were significantly decreased in the observation group( P ﹤ 0. 05); the total effective rate of nursing was obviously increased in the observation group( P ﹤ 0. 05); the patients' life quality after nursing was significantly improved in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05) . Conclusion Hemabate combined with nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy for postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia, and can improve the patients' life quality and nursing satisfaction degree.%目的：探讨欣母沛联合护理干预治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年10月收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者80例，根据随机数字法将其分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（护理干预），每组40例，均给予欣母沛治疗，比较两组产后2 h 及24 h 出血量，护理效果及患者生活质量。结果与对照组相比，观察组产后2 h 及24 h 出血量明显减少（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组护理总有效率明显增高（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组护理后患者生活质量明显提升（ P ﹤0.05）。结论欣母沛联合护理干预能提高宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效，提升患者生活质量及护理满意度。
