Objective To investigate the efficacy and application value of double yellow fumigation decoction in treating anal edema and pain after stapler fixation. Methods 122 cases in the hospital who accepted stapling fixation were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was washed by povidone iodine,the observation group was washed by double yellow fumigation decoction and povidone iodine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 44%,which was significantly higher than 78. 69% of the control group ( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the visual analogue pain score and anal edema score were (1. 12 ± 0. 78) and (0. 76 ± 0. 23) in the observation group,which were obviously lower than (2. 44 ± 1. 49) and (1. 56 ± 0. 54) in the control group ( P < 0. 05). In the observation group,the pain disappearing time was (4. 82 ± 1. 43) d,edema disappearing time was (5. 23 ± 1. 27) d,wound healing time was (12. 87 ± 2. 64) d,and the hospitalization time was (15. 31 ± 3. 05) d,which were all shorter than (6. 92 ± 2. 56) d, (7. 31 ± 2. 68)d,(18. 72 ± 4. 69)d,(20. 98 ± 5. 41)d in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Double yellow fumigation decoc-tion can be used to improve the clinical efficacy in treating anal edema and pain after stapling fixation,alleviate the symptoms of pa-tients with edema and pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨倍黄熏洗汤熏洗治疗吻合器固定术后肛门水肿、疼痛的疗效及应用价值。方法选择医院行吻合器固定术患者122例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各61例。对照组患者给予聚维酮碘溶液清洗治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合倍黄熏洗汤熏洗治疗，记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.44%，明显高于对照组的78.69%（ P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组视觉模拟疼痛评分( VAS )为（1.12±0.78）分，肛门水肿评分为（0.76±0.23）分，均明显低于对照组的（2.44±1.49）分和（1.56±0.54）分（ P<0.05）；观察组疼痛消失时间为（4.82±1.43）d，水肿症状消失时间为（5.23±1.27）d，创面愈合时间为（12.87±2.64）d，住院时间为（15.31±3.05）d，均明显短于对照组的（6.92±2.56）d，（7.31±2.68）d，（18.72±4.69）d，（20.98±5.41）d（ P<0.05）。结论倍黄熏洗汤熏洗治疗吻合器固定术后肛门水肿和疼痛能提高临床疗效，减轻患者水肿、疼痛症状，值得临床推广。
