86例中药注射剂临床不合理使用情况分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the irrational drug use of TCM injections,and to promote rational drug use. Methods 295 medical records that used TCM injections from November 2011 to April 2015 were randomly selected and their usage of medicine were ana-lyzed according to the instructions. Results In the 295 cases of applying TCM injections,the irrational use of TCM injections were 86 cases(29. 15%);77 cases(26. 10%) had adverse drug reactions,in which the rational use of TCM injection 11 cases (14. 29%) and the irrational use 66 cases(85. 71 %),the proportion of adverse reactions due to irrational use was significantly higher than ratio-nal use( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In order to reduce the irrational drug use,we should strengthen the management of clinical applica-tion of TCM injections in various departments.%目的：分析中药注射剂临床不合理用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取医院2011年11月至2015年4月使用中药注射剂患者的病历295份，对照中药说明书分析中药注射剂不合理使用情况。结果295例应用中药注射剂患者中，中药注射剂不合理使用86例（29.15%）；发生药品不良反应77例（26.10%），其中中药注射液合理使用11例（14.29%），不合理使用66例（85.71%），不合理使用者所致不良反应明显多于合理使用者（ P<0.05）。结论为减少不合理使用情况，应加强各科室中药注射剂临床应用的管理。
