Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil for treating gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Totally 96 patients with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱof the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification underwent elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery and diagnosed benign uterine fibroid in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 1 mg/kg before anesthesia induction,on this basis,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The hemodynamic changes before ad-mission (T0),during anesthesia (T1),at the end of surgery (T2),at extubation (T3)and 1 d after surgery (T4),postoperative awaking time and Ramsay sedation score after extubation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in heart rate (HR)and mean arterial pressure (MAP)and SpO2 between the two groups at T0 and T4 (P > 0. 05). The levels of HR,MAP and SpO2 of the observation group at T1,T2 and T3 were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0. 05),and the Ramsay sedation score after extubation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05);T1,T2,T3时间点观察组患者HR,MAP,SpO2均显著低于对照组(P0.05),拔管后Ramsay镇静评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理配合氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛可有效改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学变化,且镇静效果明显.
