Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) used in senile unilateral hip injury surgery. Methods Totally elderly 64 patients with unilateral hip injury admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and given ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil for CSEA. The onset time of anesthesia block,the highest level of algesia block and the duration of anesthesia,the MAP,HR,RR and SpO2 of different time points before and after anesthetics injected into subarachnoid space of patients,and the pain condition and movement block of the uninjured side and the affected side were observed in the two groups. Results The onset time of anesthesia block was(2. 21 ± 1. 38)min,the du-ration of anesthesia was(80. 12 ± 10. 21)min,the highest level of algesia block was T11,the changes of MAP,HR,RR,SpO2 of different time points before and after anesthesia had no statistic significant( P > 0. 05). After anesthesia,the VAS score of the affected side was (0. 47 ± 0. 08)points,which was significantly lower than(9. 36 ± 1. 36)points of the uninjured side( P 0.05);麻醉后,患者患侧疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(0.47±0.08)分,明显低于健侧的(9.36±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉后,患侧改良Bromage评分为(1.35±0.68)分,明显高于健侧的(0.13±0.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盐酸罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰硬联合麻醉用于老年单侧髋关节损伤手术,麻醉时间长,镇痛效果佳,值得临床推广.
