Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods Totally 60 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from February to August 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine, while the study group treated with loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 93. 33%, which was significantly higher than 86. 67% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The clinical symptom remission time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the recurrence rates of the study group were 6. 67% and 13. 33%, which were significantly lower than 22. 33%, 33. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Loratadine combined with Xanthium Powder in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and reduce the recurrence rate, it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨氯雷他定联合苍耳子散治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效.方法 选取医院2016年2月至8月儿科门诊的过敏性鼻炎患儿60例,根据入院先后顺序随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苍耳子散治疗.结果 研究组患儿治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著优于对照组(86.67%,P<0.05),临床症状缓解时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后4周、8周复发率分别为6.67%和13.33%,显著低于对照组的23.33%和33.33%(P<0.05).结论 氯雷他定联合苍耳子散治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎,可快速缓解临床症状,显著提高治疗有效率,降低复发率,值得临床推广.
