多烯磷脂酰胆碱对异氟烷所致肝损害患者肝功能的影响

             

摘要

目的 探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱对异氟烷所致轻微肝损害的保护作用.方法 选取北京市房山区某院2012年1月至2016年6月异氟烷所致轻微肝功能损害患者156例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各78例.观察组给予多烯磷脂胆碱465 mg+250 mL 5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,1次/日;对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽注射液1.8 g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/日.疗程均为5 d.结果 观察组总有效率为94.87%较对照组的92.30%高(P>0.05);两组肝功能指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清前白蛋白(PA)均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均对治疗药物耐受良好,未发生明显不良反应.结论 多烯磷脂酰胆碱和还原型谷胱甘肽治疗异氟烷所致轻微肝损害,能明显改善肝功能指标,无明显不良反应,且多烯磷脂酰胆碱的效果优于还原型谷胱甘肽.%Objective To investigate the protective effect of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine on liver function in patients with light liver injury induced by Isoflurane. Methods Totally 156 patients with light liver injury induced by Isoflurane in a hospital in Fangshan District in Beijing from January 2012 to June 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 78 cases in each group. The treatment group was given 465 mg Polyene Phosphatidylcholine+250 mL 5% Glucose Injection intravenous injection, 1 times/d, 5 days. The control group received injections of Reduced Glutathione Injection 1. 8 g+0. 9% Normal Saline 250 mL intravenous infusion, 1 times/d, 5 days. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 87%, which was significantly higher than 92. 30% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The liver function indexs in the two groups were significantly decreased than be-fore treatment ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the treatment group decreased significantly than those in the control group ( P <0. 05 );The PA in both groups was significantly increased than before treatment ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the treatment group increased significantly than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The patients in the two groups were well tolerated in treatment, no obvious adverse reactions oc-curred. Conclusion Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and Reduced Glutathione in treatment of light liver injury induced by Isoflurane has reliable effect, can significantly improve liver function indexs without significant adverse reactions, and the effect of Polyene Phos-phatidylcholine was better than Reduced Glutathione.
