高效液相色谱法测定益康胶囊中23-乙酰泽泻醇B含量

摘要

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of 23-Acetyl Alisol B in Yikang Capsule by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Extend-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm. 5 μm ) with acetonitrile-water ( 72:28 ) . The detection wave length was 208 nm and The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was good linearity between the peak area and injection volume in the ranges of 0. 0221-0. 5526 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery of 23-Acetyl Alisol B was 98. 26%. RSD=0. 30%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple. reproducible and accurate. which can be used for quality control of Yikang Capsule.%目的 建立测定益康胶囊中23-乙酰泽泻醇B含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.方法 色谱柱为Agilent Extend-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(72:28),检测波长为208 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果 23-乙酰泽泻醇B进样量在0.0221~0.5526μg内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999;23-乙酰泽泻醇B平均回收率为98.26%,RSD为0.30%(n=6).结论 该法操作简便、重复性好、结果准确,可作为益康胶囊的质量控制方法.
