目的：探讨普济痔疮栓用于混合痔外剥内缝术后的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年8月在医院行混合痔外剥内缝术治疗的患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组患者术后即刻予肛泰栓治疗，观察组术后即刻予普济痔疮栓治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效、术后创面恢复情况，并监测两组的不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%，显著高于对照组的75.56%（ P﹤0.05）；观察组疼痛消退时间为（10.54±2.36）d、出血停止时间为（4.96±1.69）d、创面完全愈合时间为（11.32±1.37）d，均显著低于对照组的（14.15±2.84）d，（8.12±1.96）d，（15.26±1.69）d，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.89%，略低于对照组的11.11%，差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论混合痔外剥内缝术后即刻采用普济痔疮栓治疗，可有效促进创面疼痛、出血、水肿等症状改善，有助于改善预后。%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Puji Zhichuangshuan postoperative use for external dissection and internal suture of mixed hemorrhoids milligan. Methods 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in the hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was immediately treated with Gangtaishuan after operation, and the observation group were given by Puji Zhichuangshuan. The clinical efficacy and the postopera-tive wound recovery of the two groups were observed, and adverse reactions were monitored. The pain subsided timein the observation group was [ ( 10. 54 ± 2. 36 ) d ] , bleeding time [ ( 4. 96 ± 1. 69 ) d ] , wound healing time [ ( 11. 32 ± 1. 37 ) d ] , which were significantly lower than [ ( 14. 15 ± 2. 84 ) d ] , [ ( 8. 12 ± 1. 96 ) d ] , [ ( 15. 26 ± 1. 69 ) d ] in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 8. 89%, which was slightly lower than 11. 11% of the control group ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion After using Puji Zhichuangshuan in trating mixed hemorrhoids milligan suture can effectively promote wound pain, bleeding, edema and other symptoms, which can help to improve the prognosis.
