目的 探讨普济痔疮栓应用于混合痔术后的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析医院收治的98例混合痔患者术后的临床资料.所有患者均采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,术后实施常规抗感染和止血治疗的49例作为对照组,常规治疗基础上加用普济痔疮栓治疗的49例作为观察组.统计并记录两组患者术后水肿消退时间及痊愈时间,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组患者治疗前后的疼痛改善情况,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组患者术后肛门水肿平均消退时间及愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后VAS评分较治疗前明显下降,且观察组VAS评分下降程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛、肛门下坠感、排尿困难等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 行自动痔疮套扎术患者术后在常规抗感染基础上联用普济痔疮栓可防治术后并发症的发生,减轻患者的疼痛,有利于促进术后康复.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Puji Zhichuangshuan in the treatment of postoperative mixed hemor-rhoid. Methods Retrospective analysis of 98 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery was conducted. Patients were e-qually divided into two groups according to the treatment methods. All patients were treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation. The control group received routine anti-infection and hemostasis therapy. On this basis, the observation group was added with Puji Zhichuangshuan. The postoperative edema subsided time and the recovery time of the two groups were recorded and analyzed, the pain before and after treatment of the patients were assessed using the visual analogue scale ( VAS ) , and the incidence of postoperative com-plications in the two groups was observed. Results The mean anal edema subsided time of recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were signifi-cantly lowered than before treatment, and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence of complications such as postoperative pain, anal fall and dysuria in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Puji Zhichuangshuan combined with routine anti-infection treatment for patients with automatic hemorrhoid ligation can prevent postoperative complications and reduce the pain, which is conducive to promot-ing the rehabilitation after operation.
