Objective To investigate the effect of medical ozone combined with metformin hydrochloride and acarbose on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ) . Methods Totally 110 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of archiving, 55 cases in each group. The two groups were given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets ( 500 mg/time, 3 times a day ) , Acarbose Tablets ( 500 mg/time, 3 times a day ) , and conventional hypoglycemic treatment, on this basis, the treatment group was given medical ozone, 10 times per course. Results After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2 hPG and HbA1C in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The levels of TNF-α, IL-17, IL-1β, IL-6 and CRP in the treatment group were all lower than those before treatment and those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The scores of the emotional function, overall health and body function in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment and those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Medical ozone combined with metformin hydrochloride and acarbose in the treatment of patients with T2DM can control the blood glucose level and regulate the prognosis and the quality of life.%目的 探讨医用三氧+阿卡波糖+盐酸二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖的控制效果及其生活质量的影响.方法 选取医院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的T2DM患者110例,按建档顺序进行分为两组,各55例.两组患者均给予盐酸二甲双胍片(每次500 mg,每日3次)、阿卡波糖片(每次50 mg,每日3次)行常规降血糖治疗,治疗组患者加用医用三氧,每个疗程10次.结果 治疗后,治疗组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-1β、IL-6和C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),情感职能、总体健康及躯体功能等各维度评分均高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05).结论 医用三氧+阿卡波糖+盐酸二甲双胍治疗T2DM,可控制患者血糖水平,调节预后提高其生活质量.
