荔湾3-1深水管汇生产管线设计方法研究

             

摘要

The production pipeline suitable for deepwater manifold in the western zone of LW3 - 1 gasfield was designed and the analysis of its inherent property and the calculation of its stress were conducted. The analysis shows that the inherent frequency can be controlled reasonably through analysis of the inherent property of produc- tion pipeline. The production pipeline is subject to the coupling effect of different power loads under different oper- ating conditions and different loads have different effects on pipeline stress. The greatest effect on circumferential stress is the internal and external pressure difference of the pipeline and they are directly proportional to each other. Longitudinal stress mainly includes the constraint form of pipeline node (i. e. displacement boundary condition) and the effect of internal and external temperature difference and the wave load and wind load have relatively small effect on it. The combined stress is composed of circumferential stress and longitudinal stress with its influencing factors restricted by the factors mentioned above.%设计了一种适合荔湾3-1西区深水管汇的生产管线,并对其进行了固有特性分析和应力计算。研究结果表明,通过对生产管线进行固有特性分析,可合理控制固有频率;在不同工况下生产管线受到不同动力载荷的耦合作用,例如流载荷、波浪载荷、风载荷、管线内部高压高温气体的作用载荷等,不同载荷对管线应力的影响程度不同;对环向应力影响最大的是管线内外压差,并且成正比;纵向应力主要受管线节点的约束形式(即位移边界条件)和管线内外温差的影响,浪流载荷和风载荷对其影响比较小;组合应力由环向应力与纵向应力组合而成。
