井下螺杆马达双向振动固井工具的研制

     

摘要

在固井过程中,为了使不同体系下的水泥浆产生最有效的振动,研制了井下螺杆马达双向振动固井工具.该工具安装在管柱的底端,不会改变常规固井工艺.通过调整结构参数改变振动量级和振动频率,使水泥浆产生横向振动和轴向振动;通过结构设计和力学分析,得出了该工具横向振动频率和激振力公式.通过流体力学分析,得出了该工具轴向振动频率和水击压力公式.对该工具进行了水击力变化测试试验,测试结果表明:当入口流量为30 L/s时,水击力波动的幅值为0.5 MPa左右,满足设计要求.所得结果为该工具后续的结构参数调整和优化设计提供了理论指导.%In order to make the most effective vibration of cement slurry under different systems in cementing process,downhole PDM bidirectional vibration cementing tool has been developed.The tool is installed at the bottom of the cementing string and does not impact the conventional cementing process.The vibration magnitude and vibration frequency could bechanged by adjusting the structural parameters to produce the horizontal and vertical vibrations of the cement slurry.Through the structural design and mechanical analysis,the formula of the lateral vibration frequency and excitation force has been obtained.Through the hydrodynamic analysis,the formula of axial vibration frequency and water hammer pressure of the tool has been obtained.The test results of the tool's water hammer force show that the amplitude of hammer fluctuation is about 0.5 MPa when the inlet flow rate is 30 L/s,which meets the design requirements.The study provides theoretical guidance for the follow-up adjustment and optimization of the structural parameters of the tool.
