煤矿井下硬岩定向钻进螺杆马达选型及试验

         

摘要

In order to improve the efficiency of directional drilling of hard rock in underground coal mine,based on the analysis of the orders of PDM for directional drilling in hard rock,the paper chooses four different types of PDM to make the directional drilling test in hard rock of underground Sangshuping coal mine in Hancheng.The test results show that one type of seven-eight-lobe PDM with four stages of power and another type of five-six-lobe PDM with five stages of power in directional drilling in hard rock,of which the average penetration rate is 2.52 meters per hour and 2.15 meters per hour respectively,and the cumulative drilling time can reach 550 hours.These two types of PDM show the characteristics of a long life and high efficiency and so on.They are suitable for directional drilling in hard rock.%为了提高煤矿井下硬岩定向钻进效率,在分析硬岩定向钻进螺杆马达要求的基础上,选择了4种不同类型的螺杆马达在陕西韩城桑树坪煤矿进行井下硬岩定向钻进试验.试验结果表明,四级7∶8头螺杆马达和五级5∶6头螺杆马达在定向钻进硬岩时,其平均机械钻速分别为2.52 m/h和2.15 m/h,累计纯钻进使用时间可达550 h.这2种类型的螺杆马达表现出长寿命、高效率等特点,适合于定向钻进硬岩地层.
