防弹芳纶无纬布织造工艺优化研究

通过研究不同工艺条件(胶黏剂配方、固含量、面密度)对芳纶无纬布防弹性能的影响,优化了其织造工艺,制备了轻质芳纶无纬布及系列产品,满足市场对防弹衣轻量化的需求,实现了相应防弹衣制品的舒适性与功能性兼备的目标,开拓了市场份额,同时提高了生产效率,对大规模生产而言意义重大.%By studying the effects of differen t process conditions on ballistic performance of aramid uni-direction cloth, including adhesive formulations, solids content and surface density, the preparation method of bullet-proof aramid uni-direction cloth was optimized. While Light aramid uni-direction cloth and its related products were prepared, which meets the market demands for light body armor, achieves the target that its corresponding body armor products have both comfort and functionality, develops the market share, and improves the production efficiency, and is of great significance for mass production.
