COMPOSITES MATERIAL FOR BULLETPROOF AND BULLETPROOF HELMET MANUFACTURED BY USING THEREOF, WHICH CAN COMBINE HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE CLOTH AND ARAMID CLOTH WITH SUITABLE SHAPE

PURPOSE: A composite material for bulletproof and a helmet bulletproof manufactured by using thereof are provided to obtain excellent bulletproof performance and lightness and minimize the back side deformation by impact. ;CONSTITUTION: The helmet for bulletproof includes: a high density polyethylene material layer(12) located in a center; an inner side aramid material layer(13) respectively formed in both surface of the high density polyethylene material layer; and an outside aramid material layer(11). If the helmet and the bullet is collided, the outside aramid material layer firstly absorbs the impact of bullet to primary, and the high density polyethylene material layer secondly interrupts the linear motion of the bullet. Finally, the inner side aramid material layer prevents the deformation of the front side by the bullet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
