芳纶无纬布防弹性能影响因素探析

摘要

本文通过测定芳纶无纬布的物化性能，包括：展丝宽度、纤维拉伸强度、无纬布层间粘结力等，以及各个因素对无纬布防弹性能的影响，阐释这些性能与无纬布防弹性能的联系。实验结果表明：制备无纬布时其纤维的展开宽度为2.5cm±0.5cm为最佳；当纤维损伤程度在4%以上时，无纬布的防弹性能相对较差。当纤维损伤程度在4%以下时，无纬布的防弹性能相对较好；当胶含量控制在20%左右，层间力在30%左右时，靶片的防弹性能相比较最佳。%In this paper, by measuring the physical and chemical properties of aramid UD cloth, include: fiber expansion width, fiber tensile strength and peel strength between layers of UD cloth etc., the effect of various factors for bulletproof performance of UD cloth. The experimental results show that: the bullet-proof performance of UD cloth is the best when fiber expansion width is 2.5cm ±0.5cm; When the degree of fiber damage was more than 4%, bullet-proof performance of UD cloth is relatively poor, when fiber damage degree below 4%, the UD cloth bullet-proof performance is relatively better; adhesive content control in about 20%, the interlayer strength is about 30%, the target’s bulletproof performance compared to the best.
