日本在新工业革命中的作为及启示

摘要

以新一代信息技术为核心的科技革命正在掀起新一轮工业革命浪潮。日本新工业革命战略——机器人革命，有望成为日本重振制造业、拉动经济摆脱长期萧条的引擎。为此，日本企业须尽快改变固化的纵向一体化企业组织方式、政府须尽快营造激励创新的宏观制度环境，否则，在未来的竞争中日本工业的技术优势将止步于制造，企业在全球分工中只能沦为模块供应商。%Information technology creates a new wave of industrial revolution. Robot Technology, Japan’s new industrial revolution strategy, is expected to become an engine of revitalizing the manufacturing sector, pulling the economy out of a prolonged recession. To implement the strategy, Japanese enterprises will have to abandon their rigid vertical integration production structure;Japanese government must quickly adapt its institutional structure to nourish enterprises innovation. Otherwise the competitive advantage of Japanese industry will be confined within manufacturing technology. Consequently enterprises will become module suppliers only in the near future competitions.
