PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new Japanese Sake (rice wine) for young people as a means for boosting demand for Japanese Sake having stagnating demand, and produced by concentrating ordinary Japanese Sake with a reverse osmosis membrane. PSOLUTION: The ordinary Japanese Sake is passed through the reverse osmosis membrane to separate the Sake into concentrated Japanese Sake and water.
