政府在规范市场化劳动关系中的作用

The marketization of labor relation is not only the decisive role of the market to allocate resources, but also an important prerequisite to make achievement for latter. In addition, it effectively resolves the frequent issues of labor dispute currently. The government should improve the legal system that let laborers become the subject of right of labor relationship, enhance the collective strength of the laborers, and incorporate human resource management into the scope of labor-capital autonomy so as to realize the balance of interests between labor and capital.%劳动关系市场化既是市场发挥资源配置决定性作用的必然，也是后者得以实现的重要前提，更是有效化解当前群体性劳动争议频发的关键。为完善市场化劳动关系的治理机制，政府要健全劳动者成为劳动关系权利主体的法律体系，增强劳动者集体性力量，将人力资源管理纳入劳资自治的范畴，实现劳资关系的利益均衡。
