Report of the Parliamentary Standing Committee (PSC) on Labour on Industrial Relations Code, 2019

摘要

The Ministry of Labour & Employment as part of codification of existing Central Labour Laws in to four codes, prepared draft Labour Code on Industrial Relations amalgamating the Trade Unions Act, 1926, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 and the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 during the year 2015. Subsequently, the Industrial Relations Code, 2019 was introduced in the Lok Sabha on 28th November 2019, and referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour (PS C).
