串联银离子色谱柱分析结构甘油三酯同分异构体的研究

摘要

利用串联银离子液相色谱柱对结构甘油三酯的同分异构体进行分离测定.研究紫外检测器和蒸发光散射检测器对甘油三酯同分异构体响应的影响,建立了结构甘油三酯同分异构体的定量测定方法.试验证明此法可有效分离甘油三酯的同分异构体,并能准确定量,为结构脂质的开发和性能评价提供了参考依据.%The tandem - column silver - ion high performance liquid chromatographic column was used to separate and determine the isomers of structured triacylglyceride. The effects on isomers response of variable wavelength detector(VWD)and evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD)were discussed, and the quantitative method for determining structured triacylglyceride isomers was established. The method could separate the isomers effectively, and quantify them well.
