目的 探讨产前门诊护理在孕产妇中的应用效果.方法 从2017年3月?2018年9月在我院门诊进行常规定期孕检妇女中纳入100例研究,并随机分为两组,每组各50例.对照组给予单纯常规定期孕检,研究组在对照组基础上给予联合产前门诊护理干预措施;比较两组的健康认知行为依从性以及分娩情况.结果 研究组产检次数、孕妇体重增幅、产程检查配合、缓解分娩疼痛技巧等产前健康认知行为依从性高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组巨大儿发生率为2.00％,阴道分娩率为72.00％,剖宫产率为28.00％,对照组巨大儿发生率为16.00％,阴道分娩率为38.00％,剖宫产率为62.00％,研究组的分娩情况优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 孕检妇女在定期孕检的基础上接受产前门诊护理的临床效果显著,孕检妇女的健康认知行为依从性显著提高,有利于保障母婴生命安全及健康,有较高的临床应用价值.%Objective To explore application effect of prenatal outpatient nursing in pregnant and lying-in women. Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 100 women were enrolled in outpatient clinics during the routine pregnancy test, and were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were provided with regular pregnancy tests, and the study group was given nursing intervention measures for combined antenatal clinic on the basis of the control. The health cognitive behavioral compliance and childbirth in the two groups were compared. Results The antenatal health cognitive behavioral compliance including the number of prenatal examinations, weight gain of pregnant women, cooperation during labor stages, and pain relief technique in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of macrosomia in the study group was 2.00％, the rate of vaginal delivery was 72.00％,and the rate of cesarean section was 28.00％. In the control group, the incidence of macrosomia was 16.00％, the rate of vaginal delivery was 38.00％, and the rate of cesarean section was 62.00％. The delivery of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of prenatal care for pregnant women on the basis of regular pregnancy tests is remarkable. The compliance of women with pregnancy tests is markedly improved, which is beneficial for the safety and health of mothers and children with important clinical application value.
