老年急性阑尾炎外科治疗的临床体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical experience of primary hospital surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis. Methods:A retrospective analysis the clinical data of the 73 cases of surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis from January 2002 to December 2008. Results: Simple appendectomy in 45 cases, appendectomy plus of intraperitoneal drainage in 16 eases,simple peritoneal drainage in 9 patients, fight colon resection in 3 patients.Then all the patients were used two antibiotics together and deal with other symptoms of illness.Conclusion: Surgical treatment is the one of the most effective way of acute appendicitis.%目的:探讨基层医院老年急性阑尾炎外科治疗的临床体会.方法:回顾性分析2002年1月～2008年12月施行手术治疗的73例老年人急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料.结果:73例患者均行手术治疗,其中单纯阑尾切除术45例.阑尾切除加腹腔引流术16例,单纯腹腔引流术9例,右半结肠切除术3例.术后所有患者使用两联抗生素,并对其他症状对症处理.结论:外科手术治疗急性阑尾炎最为有效的方法之一.
