影响门诊结核病患者营养状况的相关因素分析

     

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation factors of the nutritional status of outpatients with tuberculosis. Meth-ods 78 cases with tuberculosis from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. nutrition-related data of patients were analyed,by the medical staff on the unified questionnaire survey. Results There were 30 cases (38.5%) with normal nutrition,48 cases (61.5%) with malnutrition.Impact factors of tuberculosis patients’known cases of nutrition knowledge were age,education,occupation.There was no significant correlation between nutri-tional status and nutritional knowledge of patients known cases(P>0.05). Conclusion Tuberculosis patients understand-ing of nutrition knowledge is uneven,the overall level is low,the medical staff should strengthen the patients’nutritional guidance,to improve the body disease-resistant ability,and promote the disease early recovery.%目的:探讨影响门诊结核病患者营养状况的相关因素。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月本院诊治的78例结核病患者作为研究对象,由医护人员对其进行统一问卷调查,同时对患者营养相关性数据进行分析。结果营养正常者30例(38.5%),营养不良者48例(61.5%);影响结核病患者对营养知识了解的因素包括年龄、学历、职业;营养状况与患者对营养知识的知晓情况无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论结核病患者对营养知识的认识参差不齐,整体水平偏低,医护人员要加强对患者的营养指导,以提高机体抗病能力,促进病情早日康复。
