超激光疼痛治疗仪照射治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背痛的临床效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultra lizer radiation therapy for low back pain after spinal anes-thesia. Methods 120 patients with low back pain because of epidural anesthesia were accepted by Department of Anes-thesia in our hospital from August to December 2013,and were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases),patients in control group were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and local heat,pa-tients in observation group were treated with super lizer by shining lumbar puncture gap and spinal canal.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.7%,and that in con-trol group was 80.0%,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of ultra lizer radiation therapy for low back pain after spinal anesthesia is significant,can reduce the pain of patients.This treatment has the advantages of high safety and simple operation,which is worth clinical promoting.%目的：观察超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背痛的临床效果。方法选取本院麻醉科2013年8~12月收治的因硬膜外麻醉穿刺产生腰背痛的患者120例，随机分为对照组60例和实验组60例。对照组采用常规口服非甾体类抗炎药，同时进行局部热敷，实验组采用超激光疼痛治疗仪对腰椎穿刺间隙和椎管进行照射，比较两组的疗效。结果实验组总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为80.0%，实验组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背痛效果显著，可减轻患者的疼痛症状，治疗安全性高，操作简单，可以在临床治疗中推广。
