疏肝解郁胶囊与氟西汀治疗产后抑郁症的效果对比

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of postpartum de-pression. Methods 96 cases of patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into research group (n=48) and control group (n=48),research group were given with Shuganjieyu capsule,control group were given with fluoxetine. The curative effects were assessed with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD,17-item),the adverse reactions were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results The effective rate of research group was 87.5%,the control group was 89.6%,the difference was not significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The scores of TESS in research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05),the incidence of insomnia in research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Shuganjieyu cap-sule is similar to fluoxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression.The adverse reactions of Shuganjieyu capsule is lower than than flouxetine.%目的：观察疏肝解郁胶囊治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果及安全性。方法将96例产后抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)，研究组口服疏肝解郁胶囊，对照组采用氟西汀进行治疗，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果研究组有效率为87.5%，对照组有效率为89.6%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组治疗后HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)，但两组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组TESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，研究组失眠发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊治疗产后抑郁症疗效与氟西汀相当，且不良反应明显少于氟西汀。
