阴道超声多普勒在异位妊娠患者早期诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal sonography Doppler in early diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 cases with ectopic pregnancy from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hos-pital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given abdominal ultrasound,the observation group was given ransvaginal sonography Doppler.The diagnose accordance rate and area mass detection rate in two groups was com-pared. Results The diagnose accordance rate and area mass detection rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, transvaginal sonography Doppler is a more effective method,which is of positive significance for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.%目的：探讨阴道超声多普勒在异位妊娠患者早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年4月~2015年4月本院收治的60例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组采用经腹超声检测，观察组采用阴道超声多普勒检测，比较两组的诊断符合率以及附件区包块检出率。结果观察组的诊断符合率与附件包块检出率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠临床诊断中，阴道超声多普勒是其中较为有效的方法，其对于进一步明确诊断异位妊娠具有积极的意义。
