前列地尔注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭合并肾功能不全的影响

摘要

目的：探讨前列地尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)合并肾功能不全的影响。方法选取太仓市第一人民医院心内科2010年1月~2014年12月收治的81例CHF合并肾功能不全患者,随机分为对照组39例与观察组42例,心力衰竭治疗均参照同期CHF治疗指南。观察组患者在上述一般常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔,治疗1周后检测患者24 h尿蛋白定量、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),并计算患者总住院天数。结果治疗后两组24 h尿蛋白定量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组SCr,BUN,CCr及住院天数均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗CHF合并肾功能不全可有效改善患者的肾功能,缩短患者的住院天数,具有十分重要的作用。%Objective To explore the effect of alprostadil injection on renal function of chronic congestive heart failure patients. Methods 81 patients with chronic congestive heart failure and renal dysfunction from the First People’s Hos-pital in Taicang city during January 2010 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group(42 cases).Heart failure treatment were referring to the same period of chronic congestive heart failure treatment guidelines.The observation group were added with alprostadil.One week after,24 h urinary protein,creatinine clearance(CCr),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of patients was detected respectively and total number of days of hospitalization was calculated. Results After treatment,24 h urinary protein between two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),SCr,BUN,CCr rate and days of hospitalization in observation group was significantly better than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05), Conclusion Alprostadil can effectively im-prove the patient’s renal function of chronic heart failure patients with renal dysfunction,shorten hospital stay of pa-tients,play a very important role.
