利伐沙班治疗妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果及对D-二聚体的影响

摘要

目的：探讨利伐沙班治疗妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的临床效果及对D-二聚体的影响。方法选取2011年1月~2013年10月本站收治的84例妇产科术后DVT患者，按入院顺序分为治疗组（利伐沙班治疗）和对照组（低分子肝素治疗），各42例，比较两组的治疗效果及安全性。结果两组的不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率、双下肢周径差、D-二聚体、INR差异显著（P<0.05），两组的凝血四项差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论利伐沙班治疗妇产科术后DVT效果显著，可降低D-二聚体，安全可靠，不良反应较低分子肝素少。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rivaroxaban treating deep venous thrombosis(DVT) after gyne-cological operation and influence of D-dimer. Methods 84 patients with DVT after gynecological operation admitted to our station from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected, and were divided into treatment group (rivaroxaban treat-ment) and control group (low molecular weight heparin therapy) according to the order of admission,with 42 cases in erch group.The treatment effect and safety tetweEn two groups was compared. Results The incidence of adverse reac-tions,the total effective rate,diameter of double lower limbs,D-dimer,INR in two groups had significant difference (P<0.05),four coagulation tests between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Rivaroxaban was effective therapy for DVT after gynecological operation,it can reduce D-dimer,safe and reliable,and low adverse re-action was superior to low moleculer weight heparin.
