痔上黏膜套扎术+外剥内扎术治疗巨大环形混合痔的临床效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mucosal hemorrhoidal ligation combined with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of huge ring mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 200 patients with huge ring mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with mucosal hemor-rhoidal ligation combined with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy,control group was treated with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy.The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications between two groups was compared respectivly. Results The time of pain,hematochezia and wound healing of experimental group was shorter than that in control group respectivly,the incidence of anal stenosis was lower than that in control group,and the cure rate was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complication in experimental group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Mucosal hemorrhoidal ligation combined with mil-ligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of huge ring mixed hemorrhoids has better clinical efficacy compared with alone milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy,can shorten the time of wound healing and pain,improve the cure rate and has high safety.It can be applied in clinical as a relatively ideal surgical approach to huge ring mixed hemorrhoids.%目的：探讨痔上黏膜套扎术+外剥内扎术治疗巨大环形混合痔的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月本院治疗的巨大环形混合痔患者200例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组100例，实验组给予痔上黏膜套扎术+外剥内扎术治疗，对照组给予外剥内扎术治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果实验组疼痛、便血、创面愈合时间均短于对照组，肛门狭窄发生率低于对照组，治愈率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论痔上黏膜套扎术+外剥内扎术治疗巨大环形混合痔的治疗效果明显优于单独应用外剥内扎术治疗，可缩短创面愈合、疼痛时间，提高治愈率，安全性高，可作为治疗巨大环形混合痔一种相对理想的手术方式在临床推广应用。
