目的：探讨质量持续改进在脑卒中患者压疮预防中的作用。方法选取本院2011年1月~2012年12月入院的115例难免压疮患者作为对照组，对照组采用传统质量管理，选取2013年1月~2014年8月入院的118例难免压疮患者作为观察组，观察组采用质量持续改进的方法，采取相应的整改措施，优化护理流程。比较两组的难免压疮发生率。结果观察组的难免压疮发生率为5.1豫，明显低于对照组的15.7豫(P<0.01﹚。结论持续质量改进可有效提高脑卒中患者压疮管理效果，降低压疮发生率。%Objective To discuss the role of continuous quality improvement on preventing bedsore in patients with stroke. Methods 115 patients with inevitable bedsore in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were select-ed as the control group,and it was given the traditional quality management,118 patients with inevitable bedsore in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group and it was given the method of continuous quality improvement to take the corresponding corrective measures and optimize the nursing process.The in-cidence rate of inevitable bedsore between the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of inevitable bed-sore in the observation group (5.1%) was obviously lower than that in the control group (15.7%) (P<0.01). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the management effect of bedsore of patients with stroke and reduce the incidence rate of bedsore.
