Objective To analyze the application value of targeted health education in preventing the pressure sores of stroke patients. Methods 90 cases of stroke patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine and traditional health education, while the observation group adopted the targeted health education, and the awareness rate of pressure sore disease prevention, compliance rate and incidence rate of pressure sores were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of pressure sore disease prevention related knowledge in the observation group after intervention was obviously improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05), and there was no case with pressure sore in the observation group and the incidence rate of pressure sores in the control group was 8.89%(P<0.05). Conclusion For stroke patients, the targeted health education can obviously improve the master degree of prevention related knowledge of pressure sore diseases, improve the compliance rate of patients and reduce the incidence rate of pressure sores.%目的：分析针对性健康教育在预防脑卒中患者压疮中的应用价值。方法纳入2015年6月-2016年6月该院收治90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法均分为两组：对照组45例给予常传统健康教育，观察组45例给予针对性健康教育，比较两组压疮疾病预防知晓率、遵医嘱依从率、压疮发生率。结果观察组干预后压疮疾病预防相关知识知晓率与对照组比较显著提高(P<0.05)；观察组遵医嘱依从率为95.56%，与对照组的77.78%%比较显著提高(P<0.05)；观察组中无压疮病例，对照组压疮发生率为8.89%(P<0.05)。结论对于行脑卒中的患者，给予针对性健康教育可显著提高患者对压疮疾病预防相关知识的掌握程度，提高患者遵医嘱依从率，减少压疮发生率。
