心理引导结合健康教育对功能性消化不良患者不良情绪及服药依从性的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of psychological guidance combined with health education on negative emotion and medication compliance degree in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 60 cases with FD from April 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing of internal medicine department,the observation group was given psychological guidance combined with health education intervention on the base of the control group.The medication compliance,anxiety and depressive symptoms before and after nursing,quality of life in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total compli-ance rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80% of the control group,with significant differ-ence(P<0.05).The score of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological guidance combined with health education can effective relieve the negative emotion of FD patients,improve the medication compliance and life quality.%目的:探讨心理引导结合健康教育对功能性消化不良患者不良情绪及服药依从性的影响。方法选择本院2013年4月~2014年3月收治的60例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规内科护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理引导结合健康教育干预,比较两组的服药依从性、护理前后焦虑、抑郁症状及生活质量情况。结果观察组的用药总依从率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理引导结合健康教育能有效缓解功能性消化不良患者的不良情绪,提高其服药依从性,改善生活质量。
