全日制工程硕士校内创新实践基地培养模式的探索--以北京信息科技大学仪器仪表工程硕士培养为例

         

摘要

It has a very important practical signiifcance to explore and research the training mode (TM) for full-time engineering master (FTEM). A novel TM based on campus innovation practice base is explored by analyzing the main problems that exist in the training process of the FTEM of instrumentation professional in Beijing Information Science and Technology University. The training practices have illustrated that the novel TM is a useful supplement to that of school-enterprise cooperation. And it has the following three characteristics:Firstly, persistent the training supporting on projects and inter-professional through-typed teaching forms are combined organically. Secondly, the team that teachers and students work together is created by a dynamic mixed guider team based on the engineering project. Thirdly, the training characteristics of independent innovation on personnel echelon is highlighted, and the lfexible evaluation method is developed reasonably.%本文通过对北京信息科技大学仪器仪表全日制工程硕士培养过程中存在主要问题的分析,探索了基于校内创新实践基地的新型培养模式。培养实践表明,新型校内创新实践基地培养模式是校企合作培养模式的有益补充,它具有以下三个特点:一是坚持项目培养与跨专业贯通式教学形式的有机结合;二是构建基于项目的动态混合型导师团队,形成师生协同共进的指导方式;三是突出梯队自主创新的个性化培养特色,协调发展柔性评价方法。
