油塞座冲孔、翻孔复合模具设计

         

摘要

The detailed structure and main work principles of piecing and hole -flanged compound dies for automobile featheredged have been introduced. The calculation methods of pre-punched blank dimensions, piercing force, and hole-flanged force have been put forward. The setting of clearance among piercing, hole-flanged male die and hole-flanged female die in production has been given, as well as the selection of male & female die material and quenching rigidity.%介绍了汽车薄板件的冲孔、翻孔复合模结构设计及其工作原理,给出了预冲孔坯料尺寸、冲孔力、翻孔力的计算方法以及冲孔、翻孔凸、凹模间隙值的选定,凸凹模材料选定及其热处理规范.
