三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2在肺癌A549和SPC-A-1细胞株中的表达及其意义

摘要

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the expression of ABCG2 in lung cancer cell strains A549 and SPCA1.Methods ABCG2 mRNA expression was determined by semi quantitative reverse tran-scription PCR,and ABCG2 protein expression was analyzed by flow cytometric assay.Results The ABCG2 mRNA and protein was readily detected in both cell lines.The ABCG2 expression level in A549 was slightly high than that in SPCA1.Conclusion ABCG2 is closely related to lung cancer and may be involved in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.%目的 探讨三磷酸腺苷结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2(ABCG2)在肺癌细胞株A549和SPC-A-1中的表达及其意义.方法 应用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测两种肺癌细胞株中该基因的表达,应用流式细胞仪检测该蛋白的表达.结果 ABCG2基因与蛋白在肺腺癌细胞株A549和SPC-A-1中均有表达,且A549的表达高于SPC-A-1.结论 ABCG2可能参与肺癌耐药,可能也与肺癌的发生、发展有密切相关.
