局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗临床分析

摘要

目的 评价术前新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌治疗中的应用价值.方法 44例宫颈癌术前采用l～2个疗程的静脉化疗后予以进一步手术,并观察化疗临床症状缓解情况、肿瘤大小的变化、化疗的不良反应以及术后病理检查情况.结果 44例患者经l～2个疗程化疗,其中30例病灶完全消失,临床近期有效率达68.2%(30/44),手术切除率达100%.结论 术前新辅助化疗对Ⅰ b～Ⅱb期宫颈癌高危患者有效,能明显缩小局部肿瘤,提高手术切除率.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation on high-risk patients of local advanced cervical cancer. Methods Patients with cervical cancer were treated with 1-2 courses of intravenous chemotherapy before operation. Status of clinical symptoms, size of tumor, side effectofchemotherapy and postoperative pathologicalanalysis were observed. Results Thirty cases of 44 patients showed the shortened size of tumor, The short-term clinical effective rate was 68.2% and the surgical resection rate reached as high as 100%.Conclusions The neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation is effective on high-risk patients of cervical cancer in the Ⅰ b- Ⅱ b periods. After the treatment, tumor local is reduced significantly and the resection rate is increased. An improved life quality can be achieved thereupon by an improved therapeutic effect.
