中医止嗽散治疗风邪咳嗽的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine Zhikesan powder in treating pathogenic wind cough.Methods Totally 120 patients with pathogenic wind cough from November 2012 to November 2013 were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) orally given carbetapentane and observation group (60 cases) orally given Zhikesan power.Two weeks after treatment,the visual analog scales (VAS),clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that in control group [(18 ± 7) scores vs (63 ± 13),(27 ± 10)scores] (P ＜ 0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group [96.7％ (58/60) vs 73.3％ (44/60)] (P ＜0.05).During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Zhikesan powder is effective and safe in treating pathogenic wind cough.%目的 探讨中医止嗽散治疗风邪咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取2012年11月至2013年11月江苏省江阴市中医院诊治的风邪咳嗽患者120例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各60例.对照组患者口服复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,观察组患者口服止嗽散治疗,连续治疗2周.根据疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分评价2组患者在药物治疗前后咳嗽程度变化.比较2组患者VAS评分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗2周后VAS评分明显低于治疗前和对照组同时点[(18±7)分比(63±13)、(27±10)分],总有效率明显高于对照组[96.7％(58/60)比73.3％ (44/60)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应.结论 止嗽散临床治疗风邪咳嗽较为安全有效.
