Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a common monogenic disease characterized by expansion of multiple renal cysts that leads to renal failure,which has severe threaten to patient lives.The pathogenesis of PKD has been gradually cleared with the deepening of clinical and basic researches.This paper reviewed advances of signaling pathways and related inhibitors involved in treatment of PKD and provided basis for developing effective therapies.%多囊性肾病(PKD)是常见的单基因遗传性肾病,其特点是肾脏多发性囊肿不断扩张最终导致肾功能衰竭,对患者的生存造成严重影响.近年来,临床及基础研究的不断深入大大提高了我们对PKD发病机制的认识.本综述对目前已经明确的参与PKD的信号通路以及相关抑制剂在PKD治疗中应用进行概述,为寻找治疗PKD的有效方法提供基础.
