目的通过过敏原皮肤点刺试验查找过敏原并有效回避。方法对2010年1月～2012年1月2312例年龄2个月～14岁在我院就诊的患有过敏性症状的患者进行过敏原皮肤点刺试验。结果检测2312例患儿，其中只有356例呈阴性反应，阳性率高达84%；其中粉尘螨阳性1641例，阳性率达71%；蟑螂阳性809例，阳性率达35%；真菌阳性210例，阳性率达9%。本组无一例发生全身反应，大部分患儿在点刺局部有瘙痒感。结论皮肤点刺试验因其结果可靠，临床相关性好，安全性高，痛苦小，患儿易于接受，是国际变态反应学会推荐的首选的过敏原检测方法。%Objective To detect allergens and avoid allergens effectively by skin prick test(SPT) of allergen. Methods 2312 children aged from 2 months to 14 years old with allergic symptoms in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were performed skin prick test(SPT) of allergen. Results In 2312 children,only 356 cases were negative,the positive rate was as high as 84%,and of which 1641 cases were positive to dust mites,the positive rate was 71%,and 809 cases were positive to cockroaches, the positive rate was 35%,and 210 cases were positive to fungus,the positive rate was 9%.None of them had systemic reactions,most of them had itching feeling at tested site. Conclusion Skin prick test is preferred allergen detection method recommended by the international society for allergy,because of its reliable result, good clinical relevance, high safety,little pain, and easily accepted by patients.
