人支气管上皮细胞原代培养的护理支持

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing measures of primary culture for human bronchial epithelial cells. Methods 34 cases of patients with lung cancer were selected to perform bronchial epithelial cells primary culture,which were accepted series nursing methods including pre-collection science mission and psychological care. Results All patients were successfully completed the separation of bronchial epithelial cells without adverse reaction through effective nursing cooperation.By researching organization posted tablets of the testimony,protease digestion and mechanical wiping method,fiber mirror brush method for human bronchial epithelial cells primary culture, explored that organization posted tablets of the testimony was a kind of economic,convenient and practical method of bronchial epithelial cells. Conclusion Our research results show that nursing cooperation laid the foundation for the study of an economy,simple and practical method of bronchial epithelial cell culture,which is worth to be popularized in human bronchial epithelial cells primary culture,.%　　目的探讨人支气管上皮细胞原代培养中护理配合措施。方法做好我院2012年1～9月接收的34例肺癌患者的术前护理工作，包括人支气管上皮细胞分离前科普宣教和心理护理等，了解人支气管上皮细胞原代培养的各种方法，熟悉操作过程，备齐所需要的物品，并且协助研究人员完成人支气管上皮细胞的原代培养。结果经过有效地护理配合，34例患者均顺利完成支气管上皮细胞的分离，无不良反应发生；并且通过组织贴块法、蛋白酶消化+机械刮刷法、纤支镜刷检法三种不同的分离培养方法中探索出组织贴块法获得的支气管上皮细胞成活率高，纯度高，是一种经济、简便、实用的支气管上皮细胞培养方法。结论在人支气管上皮细胞的原代培养中，配合相应的护理，效果良好，为研究出经济、简便、实用的支气管上皮细胞培养方法奠定了基础，值得在临床中推广应用。
