目的：探讨采用中西医结合治疗多发性硬化病患者的临床效果。方法对我院接收治疗的60例慢性肺心病患者资料进行分析，将患者根据入院时间（单，双日）分为两组。对照组采用西医治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上联合中医进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果等指标。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率达到93.3%高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组患者神经功能体征评分为（9.11±2.60）、EDSS评分为（6.43±1.71）高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组患者住院时间为（2.6±0.4）d，短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗多发性硬化病效果比较显著，能够有效的改善患者临床症状，值得推广使用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. Methods Information of 60 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital was analyzed and the patients were divided into two groups according to the admission time (odd-numbered days/even-numbered days).The control group received Western medicine treatment and the experimental group received Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group reached up to 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);The experimental group had a neurological function sign score of (9.11±2.60) points and an EDSS score of(6.43±1.71) points,which were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The experimental group had hospitalization time of (2.6±0.4) days,which was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined Chinese and western medicine shows significant efficacy in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
