目的：探讨质量管理与控制指标在消毒供应室管理中的应用价值。方法加强消毒供应室各个工作环节的质量管理，建立各项控制指标，定期检查、评价、整改消毒供应室工作，并实施质量改进。依据是否实施质量管理与控制分为对照组和观察组。结果观察组消毒供应室无菌物品的合格率、器械清洗合格率、包装合格率和湿包发生率均优于对照组，观察组消毒供应室风险事件发生率、质量管理与控制指标合格率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论质量管理与控制指标在消毒供应室管理中的应用，有效地提高了无菌物品质量，减少了医院感染，提高了医疗安全，减少医患纠纷和医疗事故的发生。%Objective To approach application value of quality management and control index in disinfecting supply division. Methods Strengthen the management of disinfection supply room each work link quality, to establish the control indicators, regular checking,evaluation,rectification disinfection supply room work and implement quality improvement, which was divided into control group and detection group by using quality management and control.Results The qualified rate of sterile items,qualification rate of equipment cleaning, packaging percent of pass and incidence of wet package of detection group were better than control group, the Incidence of risk events, acceptability of quality management and control index of detection group were better than control group, the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of quality management and control index in disinfecting supply division, the aseptic goods quality are improved, the nosocomial infection are decreased, medical safety are increased, the medical dispute and medical negligence are decreased.
