消毒供应室流程化作业标准在护理缺陷管理中的应用效果

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the operating standard in flow management of nursing defects in sterilization and supply center. Methods Totally 500 cases of sterilization package were selected as the control group between July, 2015 and March, 2016. The operating standard in flow management was set up and another 500 cases of sterilization package between April, 2016 and November, 2016 were selected as the observation group. The nursing defects such as package with wrong label, missing surgical instruments, mistake in label writing, missing period of validity, wrong contents in package, and wrong period of validity were calculated and compared between two groups. Results The rate of nursing defects was 1.4%(7/500)in the observation group and was 5.6%(28/500)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion Operating standard is an effective and safety tool in flow management of nursing defects in sterilization and supply center.
