甲状腺再次手术患者并发症分析及对策

摘要

目的：观察不同甲状腺疾病患者再次手术治疗时的各类并发症发生情况，总结应对并发症的策略。方法选取80例甲状腺术后行再次手术治疗的患者为对象，对其相关临床资料、并发症情况进行回顾分析。结果本组80例患者的并发症发生率为42.50％（34/80），其中，甲状腺癌并发症发生率为52.94％，比其他各类甲状腺疾病的发生率均高（P＜0.05）。结论甲状腺再次手术时容易发生出血、手足抽搐、喉返神经损伤、气管软化、甲状腺危象以及甲状腺功能减退等并发症。甲状腺癌的并发症发生率尤高，应当得到重点对待。%Objective To observe all kinds of complications occur in patients with different thyroid diseases when Second Operation, summarize strategies to deal with complications. Methods 80 patients with thyroid gland second operation as objects, were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, complications. Results The incidence of complications in 80 patients was 42.50%(34/80), in which thyroid cancer complication rate 52.94%, higher than the incidence of other types of thyroid disease(P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid gland second operation prone to bleeding, tetany, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, tracheomalacia, thyroid storm, and complications such as hypothyroidism. The complication rate of thyroid cancer, especially high, should be the focus of treatment.
